Perception — Stars and Constellation

Stars exist in abundance without anybody having to a move finger about it. And they exist for everyone. But when you move a finger in the air and connect some stars in certain ways, it becomes a constellation. And It would exist only for the ones who are ready to perceive it.
So was it created or found? It was perceived and it would cease to “exist” when not perceived anymore.
